Altenburg Advisory (“Altenburg”) is delighted to have advised Mera Investment Management in securing two new institutional credit lines providing over £100m of funding.
The facilities were provided by a UK fund and a US credit investor and will support the growth of Mera Investment Management’s prime real estate lending activities and allow Mera Investment Management to expand their product set as they seek to grow their loan book significantly over the next 18 months.
