Altenburg Advisory have structured and arranged a £50m institutional funding facility for a rapidly growing bridging and development lender.
After running a full process investigating all available options, including stretch senior and senior plus mezzanine structures, a low cost and scalable senior funding line was secured.
Altenburg actively led and manged the funding process throughout, including negotiation of a detailed term sheet, completion of the due diligence required for the lender’s credit process, and working with legal counsel to negotiate and agree on the detailed legal documentation for the transaction.
