Daniel Barrett
Partner
Dan founded Altenburg Advisory to work with established UK businesses looking to raise debt financing for growth. Dan expanded Altenburg's offerings to include broader corporate finance advisory and strategic advice alongside debt advisory. Dan's passion for supporting clients and helping them achieve their objectives resonates with clients. Dan has a corporate finance background including time at FTI Consulting and at Ernst & Young. Away from Corporate Finance, Dan enjoys trail running, skiing, watching sport (pretty much any sport) and spending time with his family.
Will Senbanjo
Partner
Will is responsible for the origination and execution of advisory mandates. He has over 15 years of experience structuring and executing transactions from prior roles at financial institutions including Citigroup, Rothschild, HWC and Downing. These have included both providing advice and originating and managing loans and assets. Core areas of expertise include corporate funding, secured lending, restructuring, and residential and commercial real estate. Will is also a Chartered Financial Analyst. Away from the office, Will enjoys running, cycling and tennis.
Adam Agius
Partner
Adam focuses on originating and leading advisory transactions for corporates. He began his career as a chartered accountant at PWC, and with over 10 years' experience in specialist banking working for Shawbrook, OakNorth & BLME, he has a proven track record of creating complex funding solutions for both owner-managed, and private equity backed businesses. Outside of work, Adam is a keen football fan and mountain biker.
Phil Evans
Director
Phil has advised on over 100 successful M&A and funding assignments, spanning corporate, banking and private equity clients across a range of sectors, with a focus on consumer and industrial markets. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) in 2002, Phil specialised in financial advisory, initially at Grant Thornton in Birmingham, followed by 10 years at KPMG Deal Advisory based in London and Bristol. Phil has also operated as Finance Director in a high growth, healthcare business based in Bath.
Ross Clarke
Associate Director
Ross is an Associate Director at Altenburg and is responsible for originating and executing debt advisory transactions for UK corporates and financial sponsors. He began his career as a chartered accountant at KPMG, subsequently working in corporate finance at Zenzic Capital and in specialist ABL lending at Breal Zeta. Outside of work, Ross is a keen football fan, runner and traveller.
Mehak Khanduja
Associate Director
Mehak is an Associate Director at Altenburg and is responsible for originating and executing debt advisory transactions for UK corporates and financial sponsors. Mehak began her career as an investment banking professional in India. She subsequently moved to London and worked in the debt advisory team at EY. Outside of work, Mehak is a keen football and cricket fan, hiker and traveler.
James Lucas
Associate Director
James is an Associate Director at Altenburg and is responsible for originating and executing debt advisory and business finance transactions for UK corporates. James’ background is in SME finance and he previously worked for an alternative lending business, originating and structuring loans of up to £10m. He has passed the first two levels of the CFA Program and is a CFA Level 3 candidate. James graduated with a degree in Biological Sciences from Durham University. Outside of work, James is a keen cook and sportsman: playing tennis, going running and cycling.
Carrah Scott
Office Manager & Executive Assistant
Carrah is an Office Manager & Executive Assistant at Altenburg and is responsible for managing the administration of the office. She has over 10 years’ experience in Office Management and Supporting Director level professionals. Prior roles include: Executive and HR Assistant at Park Square Capital LLP and EA to COO, CCO & CFO and Office Manager at Hipgnosis Song Management. Outside of work, Carrah enjoys walking and spending time with her family.
